Among the most beautiful destinations in Tanzania, Amani Nature Reserve is located in the northeast corner of Tanzania in the Tanga Region. Amani, which means peace in Kiswahili, is a lush tropical forest located in the east Usambara Mountains. The reserve is famous for its high degree of biodiversity, and it is home to several endemic bird, plant and reptile species.
