While visiting Tanzania, shop in Arusha before or after your safari. Visit the outdoor shopping bazaar for carvings, paintings, soapstone and many other souvenirs. Speak with local artisans and vendors about their products. The bazaar is located four blocks west of the central clocktower behind the New Arusha Hotel.
