Kilimanjaro Marathon

The 7th Kilimanjaro Marathon will take place in Moshi on March 1. A full and half marathon as well as a fun run take place in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, the world's tallest free-standing mountain. 3,200 people from 40 different countries participated in the run in 2008.

New mountain uniforms

Duma provides its staff with high quality rain jackets on the mountain. Guides wear Gore-Tex Marmot Minimalist jackets while porters and cooks wear Marmot Pre-Cip jackets. All jackets are in Duma's orange color. To view photos of our staff in their jackets, please visit the treks page.
