Kilimanjaro Western Breach closure

The Kilimanjaro National Park authorities have closed Kilimanjaro's Western Breach route. The closure follows the January 5 rockfall that killed three people near Arrow Glacier Camp. National Park authorities intend to investigate the cause of the rockfall in order to prevent future accidents. It is uncertain when the route will be reopened to climbers.
